Firm, still undeveloped, slightly yeasty and a little smoky fragrance with fine vegetal and restrained, bright yellow fruity aromas, chalky-limy tones and a hint of citrus zest. Cool, tight, bright fruit with delicate yeasty notes, fresh herbs, a little avocado and celery, lively, very fine acidity and some grip, hints of white pepper, persistent on the palate, some depth, clear, very bright minerality, nutty traces, elegant style with restrained power and emphasis, with air a little salted caramel, still young, very good, polished, fine-juicy and again mineral finish with fine vegetal flavours.
