Tart, distinctly vegetal and slightly mushroomy nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas and a hint of smoke, hints of capers and herbal hints. Ripe, quite juicy, slightly warm fruit with some acid bite and grip of crumbly tannin, delicately smoky, slightly nutty and herbal flavours, relatively persistent, a hint of ethereal, salt in the background, good to very good, warm, again a little smoky finish with peppery nuances.
