Firm, somewhat nutty-yeasty scent with tart yellow-fruity aromas, some minerality, parmesan, green nuts and a little yellow, sesame-like spice. Rather calm, not quite dry fruit, fine acidity, nutty and delicately floral tones, delicate grip, yeasty and nutty traces, a touch of fresh cabbage, yellow-spicy hints, certain minerality, very good, again somewhat sweet finish.
