Clear, cool stone fruit nose with citrus notes and a hint of apple, herbal and delicately mushroomy nuances, white tea and some minerality. Cool, fine, bright, dry fruit, lively, fine acidity, herbal to delicate yeasty tones, persistent on the palate, peppery traces, has freshness and bite, certain minerality, very good, taut, cool, fine-juicy and again somewhat mineral finish with tension and slight bitterness.
