Cool, a little blackberry, herbaceous and hints of bacon with a touch of stone fruit and fennel. Rather lean, still youthful, sweet fruit with a hint of liquorice, fine, lively acidity, some candy, quite good persistence, chalky notes, good to very good, a little sweet-sour finish.
