Firm, still slightly smoky-reductive and somewhat yeasty aroma with fine yellow-fruity aromas, floral nuances and minerality. Clear, delicately nutty and somewhat herbaceous-vegetable fruit with yeasty notes, moderate sweetness, very fine acidity, smoky and yeasty nuances, certain minerality, lasting, some depth, very good, quite tight finish.
