Bright, relatively cool, quite deep peach-citrus scent with herbal and floral nuances, a hint of yeast, anise, smoky nuances, some minerality and herbal tones. Straightforward, quite juicy, sweetish fruit, very fine acidity, good persistence, a hint of dark fruits in the background, mineral hints, delicate grip, floral nuances, delicate dark berry tones, very good, relatively firm, again sweetish-juicy finish with mineral tones, anise and fennel.
