Firm, fairly deep nose, yeasty notes, herbaceous notes, hint of bacon, still has a touch of sulphur, yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, some yellow spice and tart mineral notes. Ripe, firm, fairly sweet, partly candied fruit on the palate, yellow spice and smoky nots, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of tobacco, elegant, lively acidity, ripe tannins provide a noticeable grip, full body and good substance, persistent, quite complex, good depth, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, some sugar candy, fairly prominent mineral notes, very good firm, complex, fairly sweet finish.
