Firm, quite deep, slightly yeasty and yellow-spicy aroma of ripe yellow fruit with light mineral notes and a little tobacco. Tight, rather tart and cool, finely juicy fruit, yeasty notes, clear, chalky-salty minerality, lasting, lots of grip, some depth, but then also a hint of sweetness, very good, tight, finely juicy finish with draught
