Fairly cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, restrained citrus and pomaceous fruit, nutty traces, earthy and mineral notes in the background. Fairly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and light vegetal aromas, very elegant acidity, good persistence, slightly sweetish and creamy, light grip, earthy and mineral traces, polished, good to very good finish.
