Quite firm and deep, somewhat yellow-spiced and distinctly reminiscent of seafood with yellow fruity aromas, capers, dried herbs, curry, and mushrooms, a bit of tobacco, and clearly mineral notes. Taut, bitter, finely juicy, extremely noble fruit, fine vegetable aromas, a bit of pine nuts and almonds, very fine acidity, herbal aromas, and fresh vegetable tones, a hint of pepper, smoky traces, a grip of very ripe phenolics, and also a little yeast, distinct, stony-chalky, and slightly salty minerality, clearly shows origin, very good to long, clear, multi-layered finish.
