Firm, tart and rather cool, yeasty and vegetal to herbaceous nose with light yellow fruity aromas, floral traces and some minerality. Relatively juicy, very slightly sweetish, melting fruit with grip and fine acidity, nutty, yeasty hints and planty to herbal spice, good persistence, a slightly dark background, almost smoky nuances, still undeveloped, mineral tones, good to very good finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
