Festering, emphasized nutty as well as slightly smoky and buttery aroma with root vegetables, mushrooms, a bit of green bacon, and restrained yellow fruity notes. Firmly structured, herb-juicy fruit, nutty, slightly yeasty, and distinctly smoky-bacon aromas, lasting on the palate, very fine acidity and a bit of grip, still undeveloped, slightly herbal, with a mineral background, again also bacon-like in the nutty, herb-juicy, and plant-like finish.
