Clear, quite firm, finely vegetal, floral and a hint of yellow-spicy fragrance with rather restrained, quite noble, tart yellow-fruity aromas, some pak choi, green pepper, delicate barrel tones and minerality. Firmly woven, somewhat melting, yet bone-dry fruit with fine, quite lively acidity and plenty of grip, citrus zest on the palate, pak choi again as well as a hint of pepper, dense and persistent, clearly salty-mineral, quite compact construction, still little developed, but nevertheless already with certain finesse, smoky hints, a touch of verbena, good depth, has tension, very good, firm, tangy, smoky, finely spicy and very mineral finish with noble vegetal tones and pressure.
