Rather restrained, yet firm, delicately smoky and a little herbaceous-planty scent with yellow-fruity aromas and a hint of mushrooms. Tart, juicy, yet ripe fruit, warm and cool elements, very fine acidity, some grip, nutty and delicately peppery tones, a hint of pak choi, persistent on the palate, clear minerality, a little white pepper, some depth, still young, has energy, very good, firm, juicy and slightly ethereal finish with tension. First class.
