Firm, somewhat vegetal, floral and nutty, also slightly yeasty aroma with restrained stone fruit aromas, a hint of pepper, herbs and quite distinct minerality. Ripe, tart, somewhat planty-spicy fruit with herbal, floral and slightly peppery notes, fine, relatively lively acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, persistent and quite dense on the palate, chalky-salty minerality, a little smoky wood, tobacco nuances, very good, firm, grippy and very slightly drying-woody finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2022 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
