Restrained, tart, clearly herbal, somewhat yeasty and nutty aroma with pome fruit aromas and a little blanched almonds. Firmly woven, quite dry, fine-juicy fruit, yeasty, almondy-nutty and herbal to herbaceous tones, quite fine mousseux, grip of friable tannin, persistent on the palate, some depth, a hint of smoke, very good, firm, again tart-juicy finish with grip and herbaceous-herbaceous tones.
