Clear, quite polished, tart, yeasty pome fruit scent with fine vegetal aromas, some herbs, citrus traces and floral nuances. Clear, bright, perfectly dry fruit with yeasty and vegetal aromas, slightly herbal in the background, fine mousseux, nutty traces, good persistence and substance, hints of fresh butter, very good, tart, somewhat grippy finish with herbal and yeasty notes.
