Clear, firm, cool nose, yeasty notes, light herbaceous and delicate floral notes, prominent mineral notes, elegant yellow fruitm hint of dark berries. Clear, firm, bone dry fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes, slightly smoky light mineral notes, lively, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide some grip, persistent, some bite and depth, nutty traces, hint of olive oil, more prominent mineral notes on a very good, firm, tart, juicy finish.
