Deep and firm, clearly vegetal, reminiscent of root vegetables with restrained, tart yellow fruity aromas, herbal notes and minerality. Ripe, slightly warm, melting fruit with nutty, rooty and a little herbaceous aromas, a touch of butter and tart, somewhat chalky minerality, persistent and dense on the palate, some depth, some grip of crumbly tannin, has power, ethereal traces, very good, simultaneously melting and firm finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester und komplexer, eher herber, vegetabiler, erdig-mineralischer und zart nussiger Duft mit Kernobstnoten, ein wenig Pfeffer, Trockenkräutern, Muschelschalen, Fenchel und einer Spur Kapern. Reife, schmelzige, etwas warme Frucht, weiche nussige und vegetabile Töne, erdige Mineralik, sehr feine Säure, nachhaltig und schmelzig am Gaumen, hat Griff, recht deutliche mineralische Würze, feine Rettichschärfe, ein Hauch Karamell und heller Tabak, sehr guter Abgang mit viel Griff, Mineralik und Biss.
