Deep, fine-vegetable, somewhat asparagus-like, also herbaceous aroma with tart yellow-fruity aromas, mushrooms, a hint of bacon and lots of minerality. Firm and concentrated in the mouth, juicy fruit with lots of herbal spice and bite from lively acidity, grippy on the palate, slightly yeasty and herbal, persistent, citrus zest in the background, still a trace of carbonic acid, smoky notes and intense, bright, chalky-stony minerality, some depth, black berry nuances, a hint of pepper, very good, firm, juicy and somewhat ethereal finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
