Firm, tart, fine-vegetable aroma with calm stone fruit aromas, a little mushroom and nutty hints. Clear, polished, fine-juicy fruit with lively, fine acidity and some grip, fresh vegetal nuances and mushrooms again on the palate, persistent, herbal and peppery-etheric hints, quite salty, nutty tones, very good, juicy and spicy, also slightly smoky finish, again with grip.
