Tart, fine-vegetable and somewhat nutty aroma with pome fruit notes, hints of yellow spice, a touch of ginger, tobacco and fine mushroomy, herbal and earthy tones. Ripe, quite juicy, somewhat melting fruit, very fine acidity and light grip of crumbly tannin, again a little yellow spice, rooty tones on the palate, persistent, good substance, a touch of pepper, smoky and a hint of woody tones, quite distinct minerality in the background, has inner strength, very good to long, quite firm finish with grip, tart dark spice and smoky notes again.

Best to drink: 2023-2027+. What our ratings mean
