Firm and quite deep, yeasty, also herbaceous-vegetable aroma with tart yellow-fruity aromas, root vegetables, hints of smoke, mushrooms and distinct minerality. Tart, juicy, again rather firmly knitted fruit, fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, herbaceous-vegetable aromas, again some root vegetables, peppery-ethereal traces, also juniper tones, very mineral, delicately smoky, still undeveloped, very good, firm, grippy, juicy and spicy finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
