Slightly reminiscent of soup herbs with restrained yellow fruity aromas and mineral traces. Straightforward fruit with planty to herbaceous aromas, lively acidity, delicately yeasty in the background, light earthy-mineral tones, light tannin, good persistence, still rather undeveloped, hints of depth, a hint of bacon in the background, very good, if still very slightly drying finish
