Translate to English Zurückhaltende, zart vegetabile, eher kühle Nase von eingemachten Melonen und etwas gelbem Apfel. Auch im Mund sehr fein und eher zart, leicht vegetabile, dezent süße, geschliffene Apfelfrucht mit ganz leicht kräuterigen Anklängen, passende, eingebundene Säure, elegant, nobel und mineralisch kühl, leichte Zitrusnoten im langen Abgang.
