Yeasty and somewhat vegetal aroma with light yellow-fruity flavours, nutty traces and floral tones. Clear, finely juicy, cool, bright fruit, nutty and somewhat yeasty tones, slightly vegetal on the palate, very fine acidity, a hint of caramel and butter on the palate, smoky nuances, persistent, hints of floral, chalky mineral tones in the background and increasing salt, good depth, very good, firm, juicy, finely spicy and again quite mineral finish.

Editor note: Clear, cool, fine-vegetal and yeasty nose with polished, very bright yellow-fruity aromas, floral traces, herbs and minerality. Bright, restrained, fine-juicy, polished, tart fruit, yeasty, planty and delicately floral aromas, almondy traces, very fine acidity, a hint of dark berries in the background, chalky and salty minerality, some grip, certain depth, still young, smoky traces, very good, cool finish with bite.
