2019 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Schlingelberg Morillon trocken "Zeit & Ruh", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, nutty, vegetal, somewhat yeasty and slightly smoky aroma with tart yellow fruity aromas, tobacco barrel tones, mushrooms and earthy notes. Ripe, quite dense, juicy fruit with yeasty, nutty and slightly tobacco tones, relatively lively acidity, some grip, has power with moderate alcohol, persistent, good depth, distinct minerality, a hint of smoke in the background, very good, firm, juicy, somewhat yeasty and mineral finish with some draw.
