2018 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Schlingelberg Grauburgunder trocken Alte Reben "Zeit & Ruh", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, firm and quite deep, clearly yeasty, also herbaceous and planty as well as delicately nutty and mushroomy nose with pome fruit aromas and a hint of tobacco. Ripe, fine-juicy, dense, tart fruit, nutty and planty to herbal aromas, somewhat yeasty and mushroomy, very fine acidity, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, has substance and a certain depth, clear minerality, black berry traces in the background, very good, firm, tart-juicy, almost cool finish.
