Auch im Mund leicht gedeckt, zurückhaltend fruchtig und deutlich vegetabil, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Griff am Gaumen, feine Säure, moderater Gerbstoff, gewisse Substanz und etwas süßlicher Schmelz, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
