Warm nose, prominent vegetal notes, light nutty oak, some caramel, pomaceous fruit, spicy notes, hint of bees wax and bacon, mineral notes. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, hint of bacon, slightly overripe fruit, moderate acidity, integrated tannins, earthy and mineral notes, peppery spice in the background, good grip, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, sweet touch, slightly waxy, starting to be a bit broad, very good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, etwas kräuterig-pflanzlicher Duft mit nussiger und tabakiger Holzwürze, herben Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten und Kernobst, feinen Brokkolinoten und erdiger Mineralik. Reife, dabei eher zurückhaltende Frucht, leicht rauchiges, nussiges und tabakiges Holz, sehr feine Säure und mürber Gerbstoff, speckige Nuancen im Hintergrund, wieder feine vegetabile Aromen, erdige und leicht salzige Mineralik, nachhaltig, hat Griff, bei aller Kraft nicht schwer, kühlende Elemente, eine Spur süßlich im Hintergrund, aber auch mit Biss, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, ein wenig rauchiger und wieder süßlicher Abgang mit spürbarem Alkohol.
