2003 Süd-Steiermark trocken Reserve PM 1, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Fairly mature nose, cranberries and red currants, delicate spicy oak, vegetal notes, lightearthy notes and undergrowth. Cool and quite light-bodied on the palate, straightforward, delicate bitter notes, partly dried and overripe cranberries, herbaceous and very light vegeta´l notes, oak, moderate tannins, not particularly deep, but has some potential, well made in a modern style, very slightly astringent on a good finish.
