Quite firm, rather calm stone fruit scent with citrus nuances, a little herbaceous-planty aromas, floral nuances and still a trace of yeast. Ripe, juicy, slightly sweet fruit, yeasty and nutty hints, a little smoke, fine acidity and grip of ripe, crumbly tannin, persistent on the palate, a little yeasty and dried-vegetable, quite distinct minerality, rather dark background, good to very good, quite juicy finish with hints of yellow spice and a touch of rock candy.
