Somewhat planty, earthy to mineral and still slightly yeasty aroma with yellow fruity and hinted nutty aromas. Ripe yellow fruit, again nutty aromas, some yeast and tobacco, spicy nuances on the palate, a hint of bacon, noticeable touch of crumbly tannin and matching acidity, a little peppery in the background, clear minerality, some warmth and sweetish melts, good to very good finish
