Rather firm, slightly yeasty and slightly yellow-spicy, also a hint of vegetable and floral fragrance with yellow fruity aromas and a hint of dark berries. Straightforward, not quite dry fruit, nutty and delicately yeasty notes, a hint of dried vegetable, fine acidity, some touch, mineral notes, good finish, again with yeasty tones
