Firm and quite deep, slightly herbaceous-vegetal, a touch of bacon and clearly mineral fragrance with yellow fruity and very slightly mineral notes. Warm, ripe, sweetish and juicy fruit, some candy, yellow-spicy nuances, a little nutty and yeasty on the palate, ripe acidity and touch of crumbly tannin, good substance and persistence, rather dark minerality, compact structure, still young, vegetable tones slightly reminiscent of aubergine, gains even more complexity and depth with air, very good, warm, rather juicy finish with a noticeable tannin touch
