Cool, yeasty and herbal-vegetable citrus-peach fragrance with earthy-mineral tones and hints of light nuts. Clear, fairly firm, juicy fruit, certain sweetness, lively, elegant acidity, yeasty-nutty spice and herbaceous notes on the palate, tart mineral notes, slightly salty, fairly persistent, good, quite juicy finish with a bite and delicate bitter notes.
