Still has noticeable yeasty notes on the nose, light waxy notes, apples, citrus fruit and mienral notes. Straightforward fruit, quite firmly structured, mineral notes, elegant acidity, floral and vegetal notes on the palate, delicate bitter touch, attractive finish. Certainly has good substance and depth, but the slightly unclean nose with light volatile notes prevents a higher rating. Uncertain development.
