Slightly open nose, nutty and herbaceous notes, smoky traces, stone fruit, hint of bacon abd mushrooms, some fresh butter. Straightforward, fairly restrained fruit on the palate, sweetish and creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, elegant acidity, touch of butter caramel and star anise, moderate tannins, fairly good persistence, touch of salt and pepper, sweetish and slightly warm on a good to very good finish.
