Cool, still slightly nutty and yeasty, somewhat planty to herbaceous and a hint of floral aromas of light yellow fruit with a hint of gooseberries. Straightforward fruit with still yeasty notes, lively acidity, light carbonic acid, delicate grip, some persistence, hints of black berries, gains substance with air, salty and chalky tones, good, quite juicy finish.
