Salmon pink. Clear, rather cool, slightly nutty and delicately smoky aroma with core fruit notes, moderate barrel tones, as well as subtle vegetal and mushroom hints. Ripe, juicy, yet completely dry fruit, nutty, slightly buttery and a bit smoky notes, ethereal spice on the palate, good sustainability, light warmth, delicate grip, very fine acidity, cooling mineral tones in the background, a hint of dark berries, very good finish with fine juice and nutty spice.
