Tart, herbal and a hint of smoky scent with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a little herbs, delicate mushrooms, dried flowers and mineral tones. Calm, restrained, lean fruit, very fine acidity and very delicate melting, nutty barrel tones, a little dried citrus peel, certain persistence, tart mineral tones, also has slightly warm elements despite the low alcohol, very good finish, again with delicate barrel tones.
