Cool, polished, quite complex aroma with fine planty and yellow fruity aromas, hints of black berries, floral traces, sesame, juniper, ginger and minerality. Firmly woven, yet lean, tart fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, smoky traces on the palate, clear minerality, a hint of dark berries in the background, some depth, very delicate melting, bone-dry style, very good, delicate and again very mineral finish with fresh planty and hints of smoky notes, lemon fillets and ginger.

Best to drink: 2023-2027+. What our ratings mean
