Clear, quite firm aroma of red and a little black berries with a hint of bacon, herbs and floral nuances. Tart, juicy fruit with smoky, moderately woody and dried-vegetable to herbal flavours, crumbly, sandy tannin and some bite, a hint of red cabbage in the background, mineral tones and hints of dark spice, good persistence, a hint of cocoa and coffee grounds, very good, a little salty finish.
