Delicately dried herbal and peppery citrus stone fruit scent with a hint of pepperoni and rather dark mineral notes. Clear, firm and cool, very dry, fresh fruit, lively acidity, some tannin grip, persistent on the palate, clear minerality, yeasty nuances, has tension, good to very good, tart and juicy finish with plenty of minerality and acid bite
