Clear, relatively cool, distinctly vegetal aroma with tart, quite fine yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances, a little yeast and some minerality. Firm, quite juicy fruit, vegetal aromas, very slightly nutty, very fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, persistent, good depth, quite clear minerality, delicate floral nuances, still a trace of yeast in the background, very good, juicy, mineral and slightly spicy finish, again with grip

Editor note: Cool, fairly tart nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yeasty and nutty notes, earthy and mineral notes, yellow fruit. Ripe, juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, herbaceous and delicate floral notes, prominent mineral notes, hint of bacon, elegant, lively acidity, good depth, still very young, vibrant, firm grip on a very good, long, firm, juicy, mineral finish. Needs time to mature.
