Clear, quite fine, clearly vegetal nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas, a hint of watermelon, herbs as well as smoky, mineral and floral nuances. Clear, tangy fruit, vegetal, herbal, smoky and slightly nutty tones, very fine acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, certain lightness but also melting, minerality in the background, good persistence, becomes even more typically vegetable with air, very good finish.

Editor note: Cool, tart, polished nose, hint of bacon, vegetal notes, pomaceous and some stone fruit, floral aromas, prominent mineral notes. Firm, cool, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and floral aromas, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, lively, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, prominent tart mineral notes, persistent, good substance, still very young, salty notes on a very good, grippy, juicy finish.
