Firm nose, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, earthy and mineral notes, tart yellow fruit, some pepper and root vegetables. Full-bodied and very spicy on the palate, yeasty extract, pepper and some soup greens, prominent nutty aromas, elegant acidity, integrated tannins, persistent, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, salty mineral notes in the background, still largely undeveloped, some sugar candy, slightly off-dry on a very good finish.
