Fairly firm nose, spicy oak and tobacco, light dried vegetal notes, partly preserved black nerries and some cherries, earthy and mineral traces. Fairly firm again on the palate, ripe, fairly tart fruit, prominent spicy oak, light bite, fairly prominent fine sandy tannins, good persistence, full body, noticeable warm alcohol, some dark chocolate, toasted aromas, earthy and mineral notes in the background, very good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, etwas rauchiger und röstiger Duft nach eingemachten Sauerkirschen und schwarzen Beeren mit nussigen und leicht kräuterigen Aromen sowie ein wenig Tabak. Kräftig im Mund, viel eingemacht wirkende, saftige Frucht und deutliches Holz, rauchige und röstige Noten am Gaumen, wieder auch Tabak, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, erdige bis mineralische Nuancen im Hintergrund, etwas Biss, noch wenig entwickelt, sehr guter Abgang.
