Compact nose, prominent vegetal notes, apples and green bananas, nutty notes and some hay, mineral traces. Straightforward, polished, preserved pomaceous fruit on the palate, touch of citrus and some hay, star fruit, fairly creamy and lively, elegant acidity, complex, typical of its origin, good substance, very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2015+. What our ratings mean
